PENGEMBANGAN PAKET PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA BERBASIS MASALAH (PROBLEM BASED LEARNING) BERSIFAT PLUG AND PLAY (PnP) PADA MATERI HUKUM NEWTON TENTANG DINAMIKA GERAK UNTUK KELAS X SMA

Regulation of the Minister of National Education number 41 years 2007 on the Standard of Process requires education unit develops syllabus and lesson plans in learning plan. Based on the principles of the implementation of Education Unit Level Curriculum in high school, it is necessary to choose a model of active, innovative, creative, effective and fun learning. One of the appropriate learning models demanded by curriculum is PBL (Problem-Based Learning). Syllabus and lesson plans which are packed in a learning package are directly use (Plug and Play) is expected to assist teachers in the process of learning plan. Learning package has very important role in supporting the implementation of learning. Therefore, research and development is conducted to develop and determine the feasibility of problem-based learning (PBL) physics packages on Newton’s law material in the motion dynamics for class X High School.

This research is categorized into research and development compiled modifies the ten-step research and development proposed by Borg and Gall, namely (1) research and data collection (2) planning (3) development of a product draft, (4) feasibility test, and (5) revised the final product draft. This study used feasibility test (validation) by 2 Physics lecturers and 1 Physics teacher. The data was collected using instruments such as questionnaires. The type of data consists of quantitative data in the form of assessment from validator while the qualitative data is in the form of comments and suggestions from the validator.

The Feasibility of the developed teaching materials can be determined based on the scale of 1-4; with 4 is the highest score (feasible). Based on the analysis of quantitative data from the validator used the technique of average value, it was known that syllabus had an average eligibility of 3.56 which means that the eligibility criteria and lesson plan package 1, 2, and 3 had an average eligibility of 3.62, 3, 60, and 3.71, which means that the criteria is eligible.

The final product of this research is problem-based learning (PBL) Physics packages on the material of Newton’s law in motion dynamics for class X Senior High School. Overall, the produced final product meets the criteria of eligible. Based on the analysis of qualitative data by the validator, there were some parts of the product should be revised

Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional (Permendiknas) nomor 41 tahun 2007 tentang Standar Proses menuntut satuan pendidikan mengembangkan silabus dan RPP dalam perencanaan pembelajaran. Berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip pelaksanaan KTSP di SMA, perlu memilih model pembelajaran yang aktif, inovatif, kreatif, efektif dan menyenangkan. Model pembelajaran yang sesuai tuntutan kurikulum salah satunya adalah PBL (Problem-Based Learning). Silabus dan RPP yang dikemas dalam sebuah paket pembelajaran bersifat langsung pakai (Plug and Play) diharapkan dapat membantu guru dalam perencanaan proses pembelajaran. Paket pembelajaran memiliki peranan sangat penting dalam menunjang terlaksananya pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian dan pengembangan dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan paket pembelajaran Fisika berbasis masalah (PBL) pada materi Hukum Newton tentang dinamika gerak untuk siswa kelas X SMA.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang disusun memodifikasi dari sepuluh langkah penelitian dan pengembangan yang dikemukakan oleh Borg dan Gall, yaitu (1) penelitian dan pengumpulan data (2) perencanaan (3) pengembangan draft produk, (4) uji kelayakan, dan (5) revisi draft produk akhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji kelayakan (validasi) oleh 2 orang dosen Fisika dan 1 orang guru Fisika. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa angket. Jenis data penelitian terdiri dari data kuantitatif berupa penilaian dari validator dan data kualitatif berupa komentar dan saran dari validator.

Kelayakan bahan ajar yang dikembangkan dapat diketahui berdasarkan skala 1-4, dengan 4 angka tertinggi (layak). Berdasarkan analisis data kuantitatif dari validator menggunakan  teknik nilai rata-rata, diketahui silabus memiliki rata-rata kelayakan sebesar 3,56 yang berarti dalam kriteria layak dan RPP paket 1, 2, dan 3 memiliki rata-rata kelayakan sebesar 3,62, 3,60, dan 3,71 yang berarti dalam kriteria layak

Produk akhir penelitian ini merupakan paket pembelajaran Fisika berbasis masalah (PBL) pada materi Hukum Newton tentang dinamika gerak untuk siswa kelas X SMA.. Secara keseluruhan produk akhir yang dihasilkan sudah memenuhi kriteria layak. Berdasarkan analisis data kualitatif dari validator, terdapat beberapa bagian produk yang harus direvisi.
